Diabetes is a group of chronic conditions characterized by high levels glucose (sugar) in the blood. The hallmark Mellitus, which mostly brought on people's daily routines, considered disease. Here, habits refer to those that steer person away from active lifestyle choices and towards sedentary routine with little no activities. Modern life built goal make our lives easy, relaxing, less tiring hence concept sitting down or; ‘couch-potato behaviour’ doing things at slow pace triggered onset several diseases Type-2 being most common popular Indian societies.
